Stopped by on a long bike ride for a pick-me-up. Ordered double shot espresso and baklava. The espresso was very good and so was the pastry (though very rich — consider sharing). The barista was super friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. Everything was very reasonably priced. Will definitely make this a regular stop on our rides.

Great (iced or hot) Mochas and cheese danishes! Update: BEST iced mocha I've ever had. It's a coffee and pastry kind of place.

An absolutely lovely coffee shop. Clean and pleasant with soft jazz playing, I tried the baklava, which was excellent. Flaky and flavorful, but not too sweet. There is a true entrepreneurial spirit to the owner and the story of the shop that motivates you to cheer for the place. I noticed a book by a local New Brighton author on a side table for sale as well, and I loved to see the support for the local community.

Gedam is great! She was kind, patient, and made small talk with me while I waited for my drink, which helped pass the time. I had only stopped in to wait for my mom at the DMV, but the atmosphere was so inviting and cozy that I ended up really enjoying the experience. You can tell Gedam has years of experience—her calm and friendly presence made a big difference.

Quiet cafe nestled in New Brighton. An unexpected detour and found this gem. Purchased a plain iced americano. Wow. Another great family-owned and ran Ethiopian cafe where they roast their own beans. Cool jazz playing and calm vibes.

Tasty coffee! I had a small black americano. Surprised me how delicious it was, as I’ve had a slew of poor coffees lately. Yum! I had a pre employment appointment that day that took a significant amount of time and mental fortitude, so I felt equipped for my day. I got my coffee after a good walk, on a brisk start to a sunny day, and all felt right in the world. Kind worker. :)

I've lived in New Brighton for 15 years, but somehow only recently discovered Limu Coffee. I love her chai! Sweetened with honey, it has a unique and delightful flavor. Highly recommend!

Definitely found my new favorite coffee spot. Amazing brown sugar shaken espresso (something I've been craving since boycotting Starbucks, and this one is FAR superior 🤌), they have a drive through which is SO nice, and the woman who served me was very kind and quick. So happy to have a new local coffee place close to home I can frequent!!

Limu Coffee is hands down one of the best coffees I have ever tasted! The aroma is rich and inviting, and every cup is incredibly smooth with no bitter aftertaste.
